Processing & Despatch
VHI doesn't use 'Drop Shipping' or any other form of external processing company.
As such things can sometimes take a bit longer. We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours but it can take up to 7 days.
EU Shipping
As BigCartel doesn't supply an EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) number we ask that European customers use our Etsy store until further notice. We realise this might be a pain but it works out for you for 2 reasons:
- EU specific shipping is available there which is cheaper than the International rate.
- Etsy provides an IOSS number which will avoid you having to pay any duty charges on delivery.
International Shipping
We ship everywhere Royal Mail does. This means probably wherever you are.
If you wan't to double check, Royal Mail keep their list of shippable countries regularly updated at this link (scroll down to see the country list): International Incident Bulletin
Shipping Rates and Tracking
By default we use the standard/intermediate shipping rates offered by Royal Mail. You can upgrade to tracked shipping for a higher fee. The rates can be found here.
When using standard shipping the tracking number supplied only serves as Proof of Postage for the item, so you know that it has been posted.
Tracked shipping will include a number that allows you to follow the order through the postal network. Updates will be automatically sent to whichever email address is provided with the order.
Orders over £30 will be upgraded to tracked shipping at no additional cost (see below).
Free Upgraded Shipping
Orders over £30 in value will be upgraded from standard to tracked shipping with no additional cost.
If your order is over £30 just select the standard rate for your shipping region and we will pay the difference.
Shipment Times
Royal Mail estimate the following times your order will be in the postal system:
UK: 1 business day
EU: 3 - 5 business days
International: 6 - 7 business days
Unfortunately things can take longer and I have had the following delivery times reported by previous customers:
UK: Up to 7 business days
EU & International: Up to 1 month
Missing/Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within Royal Mails delivery aims window please get in touch and we will work something out.
Delivery Claims:
UK: Delivery date +10 working days
EU: Delivery date +20 working days
International: Delivery date +25 working days.
Detailing
The majority of our patches are embroidered. Where details are too intricate, patches are woven. Whilst we currently have no plans for PVC patches we may produce some in this medium if the design suits.
With certainty we can say we will never run a printed patch!
Out Of Stock Items
Feel free to get in touch if something you want is listed as no longer in stock. We may have a few extras lying around.
If something you want has been out of stock a while let us know. If enough people ask about OOS items we will bring them back.
